T. Christian Armstrong is a senior business executive with over 30 years experience in leading organizations to high-level marketing successes. Chris is a dynamic presenter and expert facilitator. Accordingly, his style provides clarity of vision, but also allows for much dialogue on issues. He uses examples from his rich career to illuminate key points.

Following his MBA, Chris performed financial analysis at Ford Motor Company. In the ‘80s, he was the youngest general manager promoted by Pepsi and ran their bottling operation in Düsseldorf. Following that, he headed up the marketing functions at several large U.S. financial institutions, including Maryland National Bank and First Interstate. Chris was also chief marketing officer at Canada Trust and later at the TD Bank Financial Group. During those years, he was awarded the coveted “Marketer of the Year” award, based on his leadership of Canada’s largest bank merger. Following that seven-year stint in Toronto, he returned to New York as president of TD Waterhouse. When TD Waterhouse merged with Ameritrade, Chris took on a variety of operating responsibilities.

Suzanne Armstrong is an organizational consultant with over 30 years experience working with corporations to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. Her keen understanding of corporate life and how to manage change successfully is the foundation of Life’s Next Steps.

Suzanne began her consulting career as a trainer, instructional designer and program developer. She honed these skills as a worldwide director of training and development for American Express based out of New York. Over time, the focus of her work became that of helping organizations such as J.P. Morgan/Chase, Citibank, AT&T and Blue Cross Blue Shield prepare for and sustain major strategic change. Recent clients include AGF Management (mutual funds), Moody’s Investor Services, Deloitte and Grey Global. Currently, she partners with Brandon Partners and co-facilitates its “Organizational Savvy” workshops.
